Start Network Magic automatically

You can control whether the Network Magic program automatically starts when you start Microsoft Windows (for example, when you restart your computer).

If you select this option, Network Magic continues to run in the background (that is, the Network Magic service still starts) when Windows starts. This means that your shared folders and printers remain accessible to other Network Magic computers in your network.

  1. From the Tools menu, select Options.

  1. Under Startup Options, select the Start Network Magic when Windows starts check box.

  1. Click OK.

Note

Doing this affects only the Network Magic program. The Network Magic service will still automatically start. For more information about the service, see About the Network Magic services.
